If you started the second pack of pills immediately after the first pack (the week you should have been coming on your period, then you are not going to come on your period because you have disrupted the process. I did that a couple of times. I stopped taking it for a week and then I had a period. Maybe of you take this one like you are supposed to, your period will come accordingly to that pack. I would not advise doing that again. I did it and I don't know if it was very safe (but I am okay so far :-)
