SUBJECT: Arm Swatting, or Spasms?
My 7 mo old son, has recently begun swatting (?that is the only way i can think to describe it)his right arm. He seems to be predominantly right handed and its like he is giving someone five all the time. He does it alot when he is excited, and that did not have me concerned, but I've noticed he is doing it when he is falling asleep. His eyes are closed and one would assume he is asleep, but there the arm goes. IT's almost as if this is involuntary. Has anyone ever heard of this and should I go to the Doc or just wait until next month well child check. Any input would be appreciated.
