| I know how you feel, I had a loss in feb, my baby would be about 6 weeks old now, so I'm really frustrated that it may be at least a year or maybe never before I have my own baby in my arms. My cycle is a little different. it used to be all over the place anytime from 31 to 45 days. Now it is 30 days. my pms seems worse also. who knows, maybe my hormones are straightened out now. don't have sex every day, sperm count goes to low. when you start having the fertile mucus, note what day of your cycle that is and then the next month start the week before and do it every other day. It's not necessary to do it on the day of ovulation. In fact, the sperm needs to be in the uterus 12 hours to "ripen" before it can fertilize the egg. I just read that on one site. so the day before ovulation is the best according to that article. Sperm can live up to five days so it is okay. 12 hours after you ovulate is usually too late - the egg dies. so after that it is pointless unless it is for fun.
