It is perfctly natural to be worried about his Penis size. But dont worry because when he grows up he will go through a phase called Puberty and that is when his penis will get bigger and he will notice alot more changes. But until then i can only reccomend that u stop worrying about it. It is Ok for a 2 and a 1/2 year old boy to have a small willy.
