help my daughter is waking at 5am! It has just happened in the last week. (She has just turned one) Before she used to wake between 6-7 which was fine, she would wake and play with her toys and books that were in her cot but now she is waking between 6 and 7 and just screaming. I thought perhaps this was due to the dark morning and she didn' tlike the dark, couldn't see her toys to play with etc. So I bought a very small night light which has made no difference. Her sleep pattern has not altered she has one midday nap which varies from 1 hour to sometimes 2 hours and her bed time has always been around 7pm. Does anyone have any suggestions, please!
