Things have been going so well at bedtime now. I too have a 4 year old and he has always been good about going to sleep. He is a sound sleeper too, which is good because he shares a room with his little brother. We have stuck with our routine, and it has really be working. It was just so slow to begin with I thought it would take forever for him to learn that he needed to stay in his bed. He still will get up now and then. We just walk him back to his room and tell him he needs to stay there. He really has been doing great. Thanks!
