SUBJECT: Zoloft & Pregnancy
Hello all,

I am about 20 weeks along with my second child. I am VERY depressed and I have no self-esteem whatsoever. I first started feeling this way during my first pregnancy a few years ago. I started taking Zoloft after I finished breastfeeding, and it seemed to help alot.

I do not want to take any medication that could be adverse to the health of my unborn baby.
I was wondering if anyone had access to or information regarding clinical tests or research conducted concerning the use of Zoloft by pregnant women. I would specifically like to know if Zoloft is known to cause any birth defects or abnormalities... or even if the baby would have withdrawl effects after birth.

If anyone has any information or insight, please respond. Thanks in advance.
