I tried sending advice to the web address but I kept getting an error message. I also posted here yesterday but nothing got submitted so I'll try again. Have you tried putting a one piece sleeper pajamas on her? If you cut out the feet part of the pajamas and put it on backwards, it would be impossible for her to get them off on her own and impossible for her to touch herself like you described. She'll need assistance to get them off if she has to use the bathroom. Does she often use the toilet in the middle of the night? If so she'll need to wake you up too. Also, a one piece coverall jumpsuit worn backwards would work too. Did she have a one piece coverall Halloween custome? That would work too. Many parents do this to prevent little ones from exploring the contents of their diaper and I think this could apply to your situation too. As for why she does this, she probably just curious. She likes the sensation and is too young to understand why she shouldn't.
