A friend of mine had a very irregular period and her doctor prescribe the birth control pill for a period of time to help her regulate. Not sure if that is the answer for you because we are all different. I know that a doctor may be scary but the advancement of medicine nowadays is amazing. oI would like to encourage you to take the steps to go. I've also heard that thyriod problems can cause irregularity; fixed again wiht a pill. Right now you have no answers...perhaps going to a doctor will help with any anxiety you may be feeling. Good luck...they may be able to help.
