I'm a 16 year old male from michigan and my gf is 19 and i know sooner or later we will have intercourse but i was just wondering because i know that law sez that if a girl is 16 or under any guy over 18 can b charged wif Statutory rape but i was wondering if its also tru tha other way around..can she be charged with Statutory rape since im only 16(but im a male)? plz help me ..im not sure and i really cant find it no where online ive looked and ..yea i got into a fite in one of my classes cuz of it and i wanna no who's rite/ if ive ben thinkn tha rite thing ...thank you
