My child does and she is 2 will be 3 in March 2004. And still screams her little head off at home it's fine cuse' I scream too and she thinks it's funny and quits or just keeps it up until I give her the evil stare. Remember the stare your Mom had that you knew when you better be good or else.I know it's bad when you are in a public place you need to advert there attention to something else, I use the Toy dept. or something of interest to your child. You might have to buy a toy or snack but you get outta of the place without people thinking you beat your Kid :)
