My son does the same thing. Be careful of her arms, though. Once when he did the "limp" thing on hubby, the boy's elbow dislocated. At the Emergency Department they told us it's called Nursemaid Elbow or Toddler's elbow. They say avoid pulling their arms. So what are we supposed to do ... let them hit their head on the cement? I'm just hoping its another phase he's going to grow out of. In the meantime, I avoid taking him anywhere unless absolutely necessary. And if I have to take him, I hope it's only for a very short time and I strap him in a stroller. And feed him french fries.
