I can totally relate to you. I am 6 weeks pregnant too and have been spotting a discharge as well. I have been sooooooo tired and crampy that something just doesn't seem right, however my husband and I went to my ultrasound today and at first they couldn't see anything with the regular gel and wand so the lady ended up using the the vaginal wand ultrasound (which apparently is way more sensitive) and sure enough there was a sac and a tiny beating little speckle of a baby. So that makes me feel way more optimistic, who knows maybe some light spotting is normal for pregnant women like you and I, and maybe instead of the morning sickness and vomiting our symptoms are extreme tiredness????
