SUBJECT: Miscarried at 11 weeks, how much bleeding should I expect?
Last week, at 11 weeks, I started bleeding. More than spotting, but less than a period. Five days later I had an Ultrasound that told us the baby stopped growing at 7 weeks, but my body still kept the pregnancy going-missed miscarriage. I was told about what to expect, with the bleeding and to look and save the big clot. My question is this, almost one week later from the start of bleeding, it is still very light, one pad can go all day. Since this is such an early m/c, is that normal? Could I not have this big clot? If this pregnancy terminated almost 4 weeks ago, shouldn't everything be expelled? I know, I should call my dr., but they wanted to see what happened over the weekend. I really don't want to have a D&C done, but anyone with advice, or has had this happen to them?
