It sounds to me like it is baby excema or acne.This will clear up after a few weeks.It is all that oil comming out after baby has been inside for song long.Just keep the baby nice and clean.Try to avoid perfumed lotions, this may also irritate babies skin.Just because it say`s baby lotion does not mean baby will not be sensitive.Try a hypoalegetic lotion from the drug store(unscented of course)
