SUBJECT: every 2 1/2 hours
Hello! I am the proud parent of a beautiful baby boy. His name is Robert, Bobby for short. He seems to be having a problem with sleeping, I say "he seems to be having a problem sleepin" because other parents I have spoken with have told me that their children either have slept through the night from the start or manage to sleep for 5 or more hours straight. My poohbear is managing 2 1/2 hours on the dot. He is 2 and a half months old and has been waking after 2 1/2 hours from the start. What am I doing wrong? I have heard from doctors and other healthcare providers that for an infant to sleep through the night is unheard of. They need to be woken up to be fed every 2 to 3 hours. Ok my question is, Why is my bouncing baby boy waking every 2 1/2 hours ( obviously for the food) but is there something I am doing wrong? should he be sleeping longer? Will he learn to sleep longer? Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank You :)
