It does take awhile. At least for me it took 2-3 weeks. You might think carefully about the preschool thing. There's more kids, and a higher ratio. For a child who has an aggressive side, that might not be a good environment. I had better luck with a small daycare, the right daycare provider, and lots of attention at home.
