I am wondering the same thing about my son who is almost 6 months old. I thought his penis was normal to fairly large at first but since he was 2 and a half or 3 months old the "button" effect has been almost constant. I thought perhaps it's because of his chubby little body. His penis is almost always "in" now. I just started looking online today with no information to begin with and now i'm a little overwhelmed. let me know if you find anything out... please!
