 | I’m 32 and recently coming off the pill, after having been on it (almost continuously) for 15 years, with the hopes of now trying to conceive. I finished my last pill pack Sept. 27th and my last period started Sept. 28th. It’s been 40 days now and I haven’t gotten my period again. I took two home PG tests, and they came back negative, but I’m wondering if it is normal that I haven’t started my period yet, if I should go see my doctor, or if there is anything I can do to ‘kick start’ my system into getting back in to a regular rhythm. I naively thought my cycles would just return to normal, but now I’m reading a lot of things on the Internet that are scaring me. Any advice/help you could give would be appreciated. Thanks ! |
