Please don't leave. Not everyone is here to judge you. I also was in need of more family time. I took a job that was entirely different from what I have done before. I work at a call center. I work the graveyard shift. When I get off work, I get my kids ready for school. I sleep during school hours. I can get kids from school. It's not exactly an exciting job but I do get to spend more time with the little ones which is even more rewarding. My husband works day hours so he's with them during the night. It's a sacrifice that is well worth it.
