Hi,

I am sorry for your loss. It is just a thought and I am not a pyschologist or anyhting but perhaps it is simply too soon to introduce another father figure into your little guy´s life?

I read somewhere that the grief process takes up to three years to work itself through and that´s for adults who know what is happening. Anger is a large part of grief too and that is without the added complication of suicide.

Not suggesting that you shouldn´t have a new life but maybe you need to keep your b/f and son apart for a while and concentrate on helping your son work through the feelings that he still has over the death of his father.
