Hello,
You need to start letting him fall asleep on his own at bedtime and naps. Put him in his crib or bed when he is ready to go to sleep. You HAVE to let him cry or it WILL get worse. I let my child cry at nineteen months and now he sleeps through the night. He DOES wake up occasionally but that will stop soon, hopefully. If you let him cry during the night let him know he WON'T get any milk when he wakes up. HAVE PATIENCE, IT WILL WORK
