You sound like you are trying to defend yourself even though you have to know that your child is in a terrible, neglected state. I am a teacher, and if you all do not think that your children have major problems from being put in these situations, think again. You probably do not see it becuase I have to deal with these problems, not you.

I can not believe a little job at a bank is more important than a child.
-by the way I have a neighbor who does what you do. This is not some kind of glamourous career you put years of study and worked your way up the ladder to get like you make it sound.
-I also know a dental assistant that works 8:30-5.

Mrs. Dash, you should run for President. The reason so many people said mean things to you was becuase they know you are right and are trying to defend the bad choices they made.

You can cover up neglect on the outside with designer clothes, but you can't cover it up on the inside.
