Almost 2 yrs old STILL waking up for bottle!! HELP!

My son is 20 months and every nite at 2:30 AM, he wakes up for milk. I'm exhausted because I'm pregnant with twins. It gets better, not only does he wake up at that time but I have to hold his bottle. He's never held his own bottle - he refuses to do so. He doesn't eat all that much to begin with and drinks minimum milk, so I do it for him. I don't mind but now I'm freaking what will happen when the twins come. He also needs me or daddie to help him fall asleep!!!
