Hello!! I am the mother of a 3 1/2 year old who did the same thing till he was about 3 the only thing i did different from other parents is i put a vcr in my sons room i bough him some of his favorite cartoons or even recorded them,then sent him to his bedroom i sat with him for about an hour the first day then about 45 mins. the next day and so on and so forth. Tillhe realized i was not ging to leave him.I would also go up to his room about every 15 to 20 mins to check on him.But yu have to d i with out him seeing yu because if he sees you he will want yo stay with him. I knw it sounds man but it worked for me i hope it works for you!! your friend antsmommy4
