SUBJECT: My 13-month-old likes to hit
My 13-month-old likes to hit me when he is angry. When I tell him no he strats yelling and smacking me, I grab his hand and tell him that it's not nice and it hurts me, but I don't think he understands. when he first started hitting me I would pat him on the butt and say no thats not nice, but I think that was sending him the wrong message. I just want to get through to him.
