14/male i think i might have breast cancer

ok im 14 and weigh about 124 pounds, im not very athletic and i think i might have male breast cancer. when i grab my nipples there is like this hardish roundish cartilageish thing, and also my nipples are kinda puffy. whta do i do!!!
