SUBJECT: Grandson going to court for drug possesion
I foumd this site today and am desperately hoping to get some anserws here or talk to parents or Grandparents that are facing the same issues.

My grandson is 13 years old and recently took pot to school. He had some in two bags and a joint in an ink pen.
He was expelled from school imediately. When he was searched and they found the pot...he told them he brought it to school to sell. He was afraid to admit that it was for his personal use. He thought he'd get in less trouble that way.
He will be going to court in 4 to 6 weeks. Does anyone know if there is lawyers especially for kids? Need one in the Charleston WV area. I am so afraid he will be sent away. He was charged with a felony.....
Any opinions on this will be most appericiated.
