What does she mean by acting up exactly? Does that mean he will not sit quietly at a table doing sedentary work? He will not stand in line? Does she allow hands-on learning activities? Does she allow learning activities outside? You might want to read the articles below before you talk to the teacher. Perhaps you should ask questions about her teaching methods and expectations. If your boy is active, do her teaching methods take into account the active boys who like movement? Does she listen to what he has to say, or does she just expect him to silently follow her directions? Anyway, I'd try to look at this from your son's perspective while talking to her.
