my son's father has been picking him up and dropping him whenever he feels like it for 3 years.
Up till now I have still managed to keep control of things, but now I am told if he moves to the UK, he can claim full parental responsibility. This gives him the right to have a say in every aspect of my son's life. He can even stop me moving if he feels like it.
Yes there are a lot of guys out there that are trying to be the best dad's they can be and some of them are being blocked by ex's who just don't or won't trust them. But honestly there are far more who just don't care about their kids unless it suits them and don't even comprehend what effect this has on the child.
Don't judge every mother by your ex, i try not to judge every man by mine.
Laws change, but they can only change if you challenge them and their wisdom. Don't whine about your situation, do something about it.
