SUBJECT: Little Girl
Hi there, I'm new at this mommy business, and I've been reading other messages about weight and height, etc. My little girl is 13 1/2 months old, 27" long and only weighs 18lbs 6 oz with a clean diaper. The dr is really concerned because she'll gain a little, then lose, and now she's right at the 5th percentile. She was above the 25th percentile at birth and has descended throughout the year. We went to a peaditrician last year who said she was healthy and not to worry, but now the dr is sending us to another peadiatrician for another opinion. She looks healthy in that she's pudgy, just small in stature. We play all the time, she's crawling, and walking with her activity walker...is the dr freaking me out for no reason???
