SUBJECT: 7 yr old trouble in class
My 7 yr old is in 3rd grade and his teacher has called me 2x about him acting up in class. My son has always done very well in class and has never been in trouble previously. I am going for a conference with her but how do I determine if it is my son acting out or the teacher not having any patience or not connecting in a positive manner with my son. I understand the teachers need to "click" with their students to have a good rapport or they may not get along. What are some of the questions I should ask the teacher to find out if they get along and if she likes my son to help him in class or just not wanting to put any positive effort towards him?
