Hi and thanks for the response. Actually I should have put more information in this subject. My son does not speak or clearly express himself yet. He attends a special program through a local school to help him learn to speak. However, the daycare has had problems getting him on the bus as he gets upset and throws up by coughing or sticking his finger down his throat. He has been doing this for the past two and half years and it is starting to wear on my patience. I have mentioned this to his doctor and they didn't have any additonal advice which is why I looked to the internet. I am hoping to find other parents that are dealing with the same problem. Usually with the vomiting we do not get angry but do tell him to stop and no he does not get his way. I have tried to ask him what he is feeling or why he does this but again he cannot clearly express himself. Thanks again for you comment as I was starting to think no one had dealt with this behavior. Kat
