SUBJECT: Doctor keeps telling me no!
First of all, I would like to say hello to everyone. Now, I am a mother of 3 and my husband and I are expecting our 4th child in February. I have had C-sections with all 3 of my children. I really would love to have a vaginal birth, but my doctor tells me that I can't because of the way I was cut with my first daughter. (my uterus was cut up and down) For this reason, she says that if I tried to have a vaginal birth, I would rupture. What does that mean? If I rupture, will I bleed to death? Will it paralyze me? All she said was that it wouldn't be very nice. Would I need a blood transfusion? If so, I can handle that because I had a transfusion with my oldest daughter. Can anyone give me some insight on this subject? I really want to have a vaginal birth this last go around. If it will kill me, then that's different. I'll understand. Thanks a lot!
