Hey, don't worry too much about the cramping. I am only 4 weeks pregnant too and am experiencing the same thing. Your body is growing and changing for the new baby growing inside you. If you are in week 4 then these could also be impplantation cramps, which is very common. If you experience any bleeding, then that is when you should contact your doctor.Good luck and congratulations!
