The key here, is that cramping CAN be a very normal part of pregnancy. Your uterus is surrounded by a ligament, that needs to stretch to make room for your growing uterus. You may feel pings and pangs all along. That is why you may notice people who have had multiple pregnancies pop-out faster. That ligament has already been stretched. If your cramping is more than annoying or accompanied by any blood, call your doctor. If it seems very mild and you are still bothered by it, call your doctor. Every pregnancy is different, but yes, cramping can be a very normal occurrence in a perfectly healthy pregnancy.
