SUBJECT: Baby Sling - Pros and Cons?
Hi, I am a new poster. If there is already a thread like this, I apologise - looked for one in this forum but didn't see one.

I am a work at home mommy. I thought this would be the best thing for my infant daughter (3 mos old). But now I feel bad because I am still not spending time with her when she is awake - I have to put her down to work at the computer and to get housework done. Her naptimes don't give me enough time to get all the work done and by the time hubby comes home to take care of her I am too tired to work. We can't afford a nanny so.... I thought, why not use a baby sling to keep her with me safely at the computer and while I do chores? That would help me feel better about working so much, and she would feel like she is with me. I am a Babywise mommmy but I can also see the practical use of a sling. Pro's and cons?

NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT use this post to voice opinions about Babywise, we are already using it successfully and are VERY happy with it. This has to do with spending time with my daughter, not using a schedule. If you have something to say about it pls. think about starting your own post.

THANK YOU!!
