You haven't gotten a response. I think this is normal. It comes and goes in waves. From what I've read children dream 80% of the time, and adults dream 10% of the time, with the amount of time decreasing slowly from childhood until adulthood. It has something to do with REM sleep. With so much dreaming, a little talking along with it seems expected.
