What are my odds of having twins?

I am 22 and I just found out a week ago that I am pregnant. I am guessing that I am about four or five weeks along now. People are always telling me that I'm going to have twins. This scares me because there is a possibility. My mom is a twin and my dad has twins in his immediate family. Both are fraternal. This is my first pregnancy and the thought of two babies instead of one is overwhelming.
