Yes, we've definitely had some major disruptions in her schedule. We've sold our house and moved to a new city and in with family briefly while we wait to move on to another town. She's got her own room, but it's new and although decorated very similarly to her old one, is definitely strange for her. She's also been teething pretty much non-stop since she was nine months old. So, there's been a lot of upheavle and change. Her sleeping problems started at exactly the time we moved. We've taken her out of her crib and she seems much, much happier sleeping on a mattress on the floor. I guess she outgrew the crib before we did :-) She's very good at staying in bed, but usually wakes up around 5am and wants to be with Mum and Dad. I'm creating a regular bedtime schedule-warm milk, bath, brush/floss teeth, book and cuddle time and then bed-that I'm hoping will create a sense of security and consistency for her. She's already gone down to one nap a day, so I think it's just a waiting game now for the schedule to kick in. Thanks so much for your reply.
