I was going to post a similar question but saw this one...I looked up information on the internet about running while pregnant and found this great website:

Check it out for personnel runner's stories and what their doctors said!
It seems most doctors say keep your heart rate under 140. They also agree it is a matter of comfort to the mother, if you are comfortable running go right ahead as long as you keep your heart rate under 140!!!
My husband and I love to run and plan to run until I don't feel like it!!!
