3 Negative Tests but all signs of being pregnant

I need some advice here. My fiance and I determined that my period should fall around the 10th and it has not appeared yet. Very mild cramps which is unusual since I generally get them a week before and no period at all. I have taken 3 tests and all have come up negative. I have been pregnant 2 times before this (no children yet) and I have all the symptoms of being pregnant, cravings, naseau, stomach aches, etc. yet for some reaons the tests aren't coming up. Could someone give me advice on where to go from here?
