Disapointed with kindergerden

Hi! My 5 year old just started kindergarden this August. Although I love the teachers and the way they talk and interact whith the children. I am very disapointed in the academics and fun time. Here is a list of issues I am having.
1. Out of 20 kids in her class 7 of them do not speak english so most of the time the teacher is spending her time with them. They have just as much of a right to be there as my daughter but I don't feel that the other children should suffer.

2.It seems to me like there is no play time eccept for a 15 min. snack break.

3.When there is art work which seems very seldom,they are told how to paint or draw and what colors to use.

4.My daughter is one of the top students in her class and because there are so many kids behind the teacher is doing very simple stuff and is spending most of her time with those kids.

This is my first child in kindergarden so a really have nothing to compare it to. Please let me know if I am ecpecting to much!
