MEDICATION SND CHILD WILL NOT SWALLOW PILLS!!!!

my son is 8 and has add/adhd and chronic anxiety. He has been on ritilan and reperidol since last year and it helps a great deal. However this year he attneds a new school and they will not crush his pills so therfor he can not take them at school. my son is now suffering in his school work as he can not focus. I recently switched his ritilan to a slow release type so that only I have to administer it in the morning and it lasts all day but it can not be crushed!!!! I have tried to place it in a spoonfull of oatmeal, in a small peice of banana, and on a spoonfull of juice with no luck my son senses it in his mouth as a anxiety attack causing him to freak out and spit out the medicine. He does not like pudding or yogurt or jell-o. I am out of ideas he is too scared to take pill with a drink. Anyone have any ideas I am at my witts end and its not fair to him becuase I am frustrated.
