I am having a bit of the same trouble. My son is very outgoing and kind of bossy in a way, the opposite of me actually. He tells friends how to do things ect.... and when I hear him say those things, I try to stop him there and let him know that he is not the boss !!! As my old teacher said, it takes two to tango !!! She said that to us because we always talked in class and only one person fessed up but I mean it in a playing manner. That if you play their game, they will play yours. You can always play by yourself but it gets boring and quick. When he acts like the boss, I bring him inside and let him watch the other kids playing outside together for a few minutes. He gets the hint and then I alow him back outside. His teacher is aware of the issue and is working on it at school. Good luck and just continue to talk to her about this and it will work itself out !!!
