SUBJECT: 4 yr.old is fed late night before going to bed and then does not eat breakfast, is this good practic
Not naming the parent, but our daughter is fed not a light snack before but a noodle dish, chicken, or 2 wieners etc. or something similiar very close to her bedtime, in the morning she does not eat breakfast. The parent who gives this meal says that if a child is hungry before going to bed then you cannot deprive the child of food or else she will not sleep, is this correct or not? The other parent says that only a light snack should be given.
