ex boyfriend problems

Before me and my boyfriend broke up we were together for almost a year. Yeah, we dated on and off like 4 times. Somehow we keep comming back to each other. This last time we dated it was for 4 months. The second month we were going out, I was at my friends lakehouse and he was at a baseball game. He wanted me to come but I couldnt. Well about 2 weeks ago, I found out that he kissed another girl that night. After he kissed her we went out for 2 more months with me not knowing at all. Everyone has been telling me how much he regrets it. I don't know whether to forgive him or not. The problem is I still love him so much. And he acts like he still loves me, but he is always trying to get hooked up with some other girl. Is he doing that to make me jealous? I want to find some way to get over him, but everytime we break up, somehow we end up back together. So I'm not sure if I want to get over him or not. PLEASE give me some advice!!
