I was a gymnast at a formal training facility for 15 years. I quit at age 19. I am 21 now and 4 1/2 months pregnant. I was working out in the old gym doing whatever I felt comfortable doing for about the first 3 1/2 months of my pregnancy. I also assistant coach level 7 for my club, so for demonstartions I was doing giants, releases, tumbling passes, flight sereis, dismounts, and E uprises just fine. I am real small though, so I of course, am showing now and am probably going to be a little off balance so I won't be try anything now. I feel as long as your balance and energy is 100% and you won't give up in the middle of a trick, you will be fine until you either start to show or cannot concentrate 100%.
Hope this helps with your decision!
