Having a little more information about your situation. I would like to suggest a few other things. What about sitting down with your spouse and deciding which person can maybe switch there job to a dfferent shift so you are able to spend more time with your son. I know what you are going thru my husband and I were fortunate enough for many years to have family watch our children while we worked full time and due to a medical condition with our family member they were no longer able to watch our children so we priced what it would cost to put our children in daycare and one of our paychecks would have been spent on daycare so we decided to work different shifts so they always have a parent at home with them. Neither of us work on Sundays so that is our family day. So maybe that is another alternative for you is to work opposite shifts of your spouse so you have more time with your son and other children. It's not easy. I wish you the best of luck!
