I just want to say you sound like you are doing the best you can do. You have to be able to provide for your family and if this is what works for you then no one should be putting you down. I would suggest that you ask the daycare if it is possible for your son to take a short nap when he gets back there in the afternoon. Is it possible you can make your dinners ahead of time maybe after your son is in bed for the following night so when you get home with your son all you will have to do is reheat them, so this gives you a little more time with him? It sounds like you are providing a loving and stable enviroment for your son, and as hard as it is to only see your son a couple hours a day remember you are doing it for both of you and him getting enough sleep is very important. Remember you have weekends to spend together. Try not to be so hard on yourself! I wish you all the best!
